Taylor Boileau a superintendent on construction sites, and an entrepreneur everywhere else. Taylor began her career in December of 2019 and over the past 6 years she has overcome many obstacles from workplace challenges to financial struggles to just learning how to be an adult. In light of all of her experiences, she founded Empower Her 365 to provide young women with the knowledge, tools, and community they need to navigate their twenties successfully. It is her mission to help change peoples lives one conversation at a time.
