Meet Taylor

Taylor Boileau is a former construction superintendent, current leadership speaker, and founder of Empower Her 365.

Working in the construction industry, Taylor has experienced firsthand how jobsite culture impacts safety, performance, and team morale. Through her leadership journey, she recognized that culture is not created by policies or posters, it’s created by how leaders show up, speak up, and support the people around them.

Today, Taylor speaks to construction companies, industry groups, and leadership teams about the real impact of culture on the jobsite. Her sessions combine practical leadership tools, real-world stories from the field, and honest conversations about accountability, communication, and trust.

Taylor’s mission is simple: help leaders understand the influence they already have and give them the tools to use it intentionally to build stronger teams and safer jobsites.
